Annual General Meeting

BRIGHT EYED DAUGHTERS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Thursday 21st March at 7.30pm in the Border Club.

Election of Office Bearers:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer

Election of Committee:
Committee - 3 year term 2 vacancies
Committee - 2 year term 1 vacancy
These positions are open any member wanting to take a more active involvement with the Association. Please contact us if you would like to find out what is involved.

Changes to Constitution:
The addition of a Code of Conduct and Complaints Procedure.
Past President to serve 1 year Ex- Officio.

Annual Dinner

Friday 19th May 2019, 7.30pm at Mansfield House Hotel, Hawick.
Tickets will be on-sale after the AGM, 25 each. 

The Bright Eyed Daughters Association is open to anyone and new members are welcomed.
